Distributed Fiber Optic Sensing (DFOS) Systems
Sensuron has become the trusted source for structural health monitoring solutions used to protect the most critical infrastructure.
Harness the Power of Distributed Fiber Optic Sensing
Sensuron’s groundbreaking Distributed Fiber Optic Sensing (DFOS) systems empower engineers with rugged and easy-to-use tools for structural testing, design optimization, structural health monitoring, thermal mapping, and 2D shape sensing tools.
Unlike point-based sensors which only capture data at discrete points, our DFOS systems transform a single fiber into thousands of virtual sensors, providing continuous and detailed data on strain, temperature, and more.

CIVIL ENGINEERING
Conduct design validation and ongoing structural monitoring
Unlike strain gauges and thermocouples, which only capture data at a discrete point, Sensuron’s interrogators monitor strain and temperature distributions by transforming an optical fiber into a spatially continuous sensor that performs like thousands of strain gauges or thermocouples installed adjacent to one another.
This allows our customers to capture significantly more data than traditional sensors, with less instrumentation – saving them measurable time and labor costs.
